Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the E-Bike
Ensure the bike is clean, unused, and packed securely in its original box with all chargers, tools, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
